Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LookGrade iOS app
(formerly FaceRate). By downloading or using LookGrade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the
app.
LookGrade is operated by Ahmet Numan Şahin. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and optional usage analytics.
Important — what LookGrade is not. LookGrade provides a
heuristic, informational self-tracking guide based on on-device geometric
and pixel measurements. It is not a medical, clinical, dermatological,
diagnostic, psychological, or professional attractiveness assessment, and it does not provide
medical or health advice. Scores are approximate and for personal, entertainment and
self-improvement tracking only. Always consult a qualified professional for any medical,
dermatological, or mental-health concern.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LookGrade on Apple
devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the
Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to analyze only your own face, to use the app lawfully, and not to misuse,
reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app.
3. Subscriptions — LookGrade Pro
- LookGrade offers an auto-renewing subscription ("LookGrade Pro") with
weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Each plan includes up to five face analyses in each
rolling 24-hour period, full reports, personalized tips, and progress tracking.
- The yearly plan may include a seven-day free trial for eligible new subscribers when that
offer is displayed by the App Store before purchase. Weekly and monthly plans do not include
an introductory trial.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; the exact price and billing period
are displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged
for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID
Settings → Subscriptions after purchase.
- Purchases can be restored from the paywall's "Restore" option.
- Any unused portion of a free period, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a
subscription.
4. No professional advice; assumption of risk
LookGrade's outputs are approximate heuristics and may be inaccurate. You are solely
responsible for any decisions you make based on the app. Appearance-focused content can affect
well-being; if you experience distress related to body image, please seek support from a
qualified professional.
5. Intellectual property
LookGrade and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These
Terms grant you no rights other than the limited license above.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the
maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued
use after changes constitutes acceptance.
